YORKSHIRE DEXTER BEEF BARBEQUES
All our Dexter Beef is supplied by Thornhill Farm located on the outskirts of Easingwold, York providing bespoke burgers and steaks. Our barbeque outlets serve fresh, locally baked breads accompanied with seasonal salad and a range of fresh dressings.
RIAZZ COFFEE AND BAKERY
Pergoda outlets fitted with authentic Barista coffee machines serving the very best quality freshly ground beans. We also serve Yorkshire Tea and fresh pastries.
YORKSHIRE ROAST PORK CARVERY
All of our pork products are supplied by award winning Anna's Happy Trotters of Howden, East Yorkshire.
Free range succulent pork served in freshly baked baguettes or baps with Bramley apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. The carvery also serves breakfast and pork sausage baguettes.
FISH AND CHIPS
Fresh fish and Whitby Scampi supplied from the East Coast of Yorkshire.
All of our fresh fish is hand-battered and freshly cooked by our staff.
RANCH GRILL
Our Ranch Grill outlet serves chips, burgers, bacon rolls, pork sausages and chicken. With a range of hot and cold drinks.
FLUIDS (LICENSED BARS)
Draught beers from Black Sheep and Carlsberg along with a wide selection of quality wines, spirits and soft drinks.
DELICIOUS BAGUETTES
Hot and cold freshly baked baguettes filled with tasty options such as chicken tikka, sage and onion sausage, Yorkshire ham and locally produced fresh salads
BAKED POTATOES AND YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS
Yorkshire grown potatoes and Yorkshire puddings served with a variety of fillings.
STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM
We serve fresh locally produced strawberries(when in season) and fresh fruit salad served with dairy cream. Smoothies can also be provided.
RESTAURANT CATERING MARQUEE
In the event of providing meals for large numbers, we are able to offer a self service restaurant in a floored marquee with service counters supported by our own commercial kitchen facilities.
